Equal Rights and Equal Opportunity !

Equal Rights? and Equal Opportunity? What comes out in our minds if we hear this words? Does this really do exist? Do we really know the real meaning for this? Equal rights means the freedom of doing a things and ,making your own decisions, and Equal opportunity means giving the equal treatments and chances to others as well. Having equality is one of the most important needs of each one of us. We have equal rights but unfortunately we don't have equal opportunity that's because of what we call the "Palakasan System" Palakasan System is unequal treatment to everyone, and they have this priority to people around me Equal Rights and Equal Opportunity sometimes don't really exist. They say that this Equal Rights and Equal Opportunity is connected with each other but for me its not. That's because of the unequal treatment of people around us.

Responding Climate Change !

It is not new that we have this climate change problem and how it affects us and how it affects our daily life.Based on my own experience and of what I've noticed, climate change is one of the main reason why some of us suffer into fever and a lot more.Each time the climate change it leave and gives us problem.Climate change is the thing wherein we are about to hear a many kind of news either it is bad nor good to us because of this climate change.Can climate change help us in our everyday life or it can bring and or give us problems.As I compare my personality in the climate change I noticed that when the climate was about to change, my character begins to change and evolved to a new one.As a daughter of God all I know is that climate change is one of the biggest issue I always heard in the news nowadays. Many of us are not doing our responsibility to Mother Earth and to our Mother Nature.Well some say's that climate change is one of the issue that give us problem which sometimes we can't solve. As a student I must know what is the real meaning of climate change and I must learned about climate change so that in my future I know what is going on in my surroundings whenever I about to hear the two words which are the "Climate Change".

My Reflection!

As a student all I know all of us encounter challenges and problems in our life. As the first grading period ends and as the second grading period started I was about to start solving different problems regarding to my different subjects. Problems is a part of growing up. Many problems which I encountered in the second quarter.First about my projects which was supposed to be a group but I am only the one who work for it and it so hard for me. My assignments that I do not know so I was about to copy the answer of my classmate sometimes.My problems in my reports and that's the things which i kept my self busy and it so hard to handle it in my own. All that problems I had I was about begin to address it in my own. And sometimes with the help of my friends, my parents and people around me. In moving on I will do my best to fix and solve them in the simplest way I can. I promise that I will do my best and responsibilities in school. I am proud to be a student!

Scientricity: Energizing Science Clubbers For Sustainable Energy..

As a student of Ilocos Sur National High School and as a science clubber, all I know we should know how to sustain energy for the better progress and for the sake of all the things with electricity. You as a student how do you maintain energy? How do you use an electricity? We all know that using a things with energy can make our daily life more beautiful. Energy is very important to us people because it is the one who gives us strength to do things and to work better. Sustainable energy can help us to work on the things that sometimes we can't do. I know all of us have our own television, radio, refrigerator, computer and many more in our home. All of that have an energy so that it can move and work quickly. Energy is the one who gives strength to the object to move and work. "Energizing Science Clubbers For sustainable Energy" means that we science clubber must think about the sustainable energy because it can help us in our everyday life. So my dear schoolmates I as a member of our school announcing that we must maintain energy for the better electricity and for our better community.

My Teacher,My Hero

In our life we have our own hero in our home and in school.I know that all of us have our hero in our school, a hero that has no powers but have a knowledge to be shared to us.They are the heroes that can light the way for our own success. How can we learn things without teachers?What could be in a school without teachers?There would be no students to go to school and learn what they are supposed to learn.Teachers are very important in our life, because without teachers there is no engineers, no doctors, no nurses, no lawyers and most of all there is no way to our own success.Our teachers, our second parents that can help us to gain more knowledge and they have help a lot in contribution of our success, they are the one who have been our guide for so many years, the persons who advice's and care for us students.They are the one who correct me and scold me when I am doing wrong.They are the people who can make as students smart and be obedient to others.My teachers are my best friends. Teacher have a very important role in our life, they are not only mentors but they are also a saviors.I will never forget my teachers and my second parents since I was young, because they are the only reason why I am standing now in my own feet and they are the only persons who had greatly influenced our daily life.

My Modern Hero!

Saving one person is not the only way to call you a hero but it is the way of how we can show our concern, love and care for them.Me, you and all of us have our own heroes in life.We can be hero in our own way.
There are my own heroes in my life guest who?It's not Batman, it's not Superman, it's not Wonder woman and most of all it's not Dr. Jose Rizal but they are my loving, caring, and responsible parents.They are the one who molded and shaped the person that I am now.They are the person who can give me the love and care I am looking for.They are the reason why I am studying hard and the reason behind my smiles.They serve as the inspiration in my life.They show how I'm important to them.They are not perfect, they can commit mistakes and most of all they have no powers but beyond this, I am so lucky and thankful to God because he gave me parents that are very responsible and I am not here right now without them.
They are the heroes in my life because they are the person who has a good manner and right conduct and most of all they are one of the children of God.I am very proud of them!

Tatag ng Wiakng Filipino, Lakas ng Pagka-Pilipino

“Wikang Filipino”, do we really know what this means? We all know how fragile our language is. And we have to know or even accept the fact that some forgets or even don’t bother their selves to use this in other countries.
Now a day, some of the Filipinos especially when they’re in other countries don’t really talk the “Wikang Filipino”. Even some of them use other Filipinos weaknesses to use them in troubles. We have to be proud that were Filipinos, especially when were in other countries because it was inherited to us by our natives. “Tatag ng Wikang Filipino” is part or somehow connected. “Lakas ng Pagka-Pilipino”.
To my fellow Filipinos learn and be proud of having the gratitude of using our language though were far or in other countries. Being what you are and accepting who you are is the most fragile and treasured one.

Problems that i encountered

All of us encounter challenges or trials that enhance our abilities as well as our personalities. Sometimes because of the experiences we had in the past it helps us how to handle a problem and it gives immediate solutions. Problems is part of growing up and life.

The problems that I encountered are the following:the family problems which is the most common, love life for us teenagers, and most of all school works and reports.
In school I had a lot of problems that I had been encountered.One of my problems in school that I encountered is that my projects in different subjects.I was about to make my self busy for that matter and it was so hard to handle it with my own.And God permitted that I was about to finish all my reports in school.And how I wish that After all sacrifices Ive done I hope my grade will become high or nice so that that my parents will be proud of me. And till the day comes I was about to finish it and I know that God is there for him to help me. I address it by solving and trying to fix it on my own and sometimes with the help of friends or parents. Trying to relax to solve it is one of the common way of how to address a problem.

Moving on, I will do my best to solve them in an efficient and effective manner. and in the best way I can.And I assure that if there's a new problem that will come I hope I can encounter it with my own ability.

SONA of President Benigno Simeon Aquino III

Every SONA that I had heard since I was had the chance to understand it is that they are all have the same meaning. It never had the chance to help or even state the real problems our country has since then, we all know what it is.

The State of the Nation Address (SONA) delivered by President Benigno S. Aquino III on Monday was simple yet full of meaning, according to Iloilo City Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog who was one of the local chief executives (LCEs) invited to witness the event. Mabilog said that the President has stressed on good housekeeping, which means that shortcuts will not be entertained and instead what is legal should be followed from the national government down to local government units (LGUs). “As much as possible to eliminate if not drastically reduce corruption,” he added. With the case of this city, Mabilog emphasized that the LGU has already responded to the call even as the Commission on Audit (COA) during its exit conference has given the city a very good rating.“We totally follow the instructions of our President that’s why you can see that everything is done properly without shortcuts,” he added. The mayor further stated that the city has its own hotline that entertains any feedback from clients regarding its delivery of services. The hotline, he said, has contributed a lot in the efficient provision of services at the City Hall. He added that he is thankful that in surveys conducted, the public has given the city high rating even as he encouraged, especially members of the media to help in promoting the city for investors.

The President addresses the nation in his capacity as Head of State, not only as Head of Government. SONA is an opportunity for the President to take stock of the country’s domestic and foreign situation and to chart a common direction that we should take to enhance our efforts to achieve a better life for all. During his speech, the President talks about government’s achievements of the past year and looks to the future by presenting a programme for the coming year, called the Programme of Action (PoA). The PoA sets out government’s plans to address various key government programmes.

Pagkain ng Gulay Ugaliin,Araw-araw Itong Ihain

All of us knows the importance of vegetables  and the role of it in our everyday life.We all know that vegetables are one of the most nutritious food.And at last this is full of nutrients and proteins.

As a simple student,Im just want to tell that we should eat vegetables to make our body strong and healthy.And I assure that eating vegetables can keep us away from disease.Eating  vegetables is so good for us.We eat vegetables for we to keep our body healthy.We also eat fruits because it is also nutritious and good for us.Avoid eating “CHICHIRYA” and keep on eating fruits and vegetables because fruits and vegetables are both rich in proteins and both of them are  nutritious.

That’s my simple  explanation to that matter because all I know  both fruits and vegetables are the foods that keeps our body strong and healthy and keep us away from disease.

Dear Mr. President,

         First of all I want to greet you a good day and a good time.I know your always fine and look good simply saying your always handsome.

         As a simple student of Ilocos Sur National High School I want to say thank you for all your projects you had done and for all your sacrifices.And this is the only way to make our country beautiful and more beautiful.As a citizen I want to ask favor for the own sake of our school.Can you help our school  for it's better progress.Can you build more classrooms in our school because there's no space for the new students.Help us in our education for we to help our countrymen in the future and to help our country even in a siplest way.Support our country for the better progress.

         That's the only thing I want to ask to you sir.And I promise to do my duty to our country and for my own success.Thank you sir!We are Proud of you sir!
